Owner of “The Roost” Grady found his calling during the hight of covid and switched gears (pun intended) from a 14 year Harley-Davidson mechanic to barbering where his attention to detail accelerated his skill. He took inventory of the barbershops in the area and felt Bend could do better. So with the support of his lovely wife Kelsey (who’s is a 14 year hairstylist btw), he dedicated himself to create a barbershop that is truly one of a kind. Grady says his greatest passion and purpose is being the father of his sweet daughter Adeline.

This one of a kind central Oregonian started his barbering journey in 2023 and established himself in a hurry as one of the go to barbers in town for clean blends. Isac is about as humble as they come, especially as far as artist go. With skills ranging from drawing, airbrushing and tattoos, the thing he does best is putting hair on the floor. He is a natural, and very talented barber. His passions are his children, personal and professional growth, and making sure his clients are filled with confidence as they leave the shop.

Nick has been in the business for over five years and has managed to accomplish great things in a short time. After owning one of the most successful barbershops in Corvallis he decided it was time to come back home to Central Oregon. He is a skilled and professional barber who will get you looking your best in a timely manner. His favorite thing about barbering is the connections he gets to make everyday. Outside of barbering, Nick plays guitar and writes heavy metal tracks.

Having been her own barber for well over a decade, Megan wanted to dive deeper into the craft. A genuine soul, she loves to laugh with her family, and friends. She cherishes quality time with her 15 year old son Oliver, especially while enjoying the outdoors and the warmth of the spring and summer sun. Megan is passionate about furthering and fine tuning her barbering skills along with growing as a beginner in photography. Always working on personal growth, Megan brings a unique and welcomed outlook to our team.

This good boy has been in the biz since 2019 and has gone to work with with Grady for a couple years now, so some of you may recognize him. He is a Golden Doodle or “Goodle” if you will. Don’t be surprised if he comes over for some snuggles on the couch. He loves kids and will always be ready to sit for a treat. Fun fact, he only has one eye and when he sets it upon you, it is the sweetest sad puppy eye you’ve ever seen. He really knows how to use it to get what he wants. You may hear him sound a little grumpy sometimes but not to worry, his grumbling and groaning is his way of saying “I want to go play” or “Don’t you walk by and just ignore me, hey Im cute damnit, look at me!”
